Feature/add title for accessibility

We need to update the https://github.com/mui/toolpad/blob/master/packages/create-toolpad-app/src/templates/nextjs/nextjs-app/rootLayout.ts and https://github.com/mui/toolpad/blob/master/packages/create-toolpad-app/src/templates/nextjs/nextjs-pages/document.ts to update the apps generated when using create-toolpad-app to bootstrap Toolpad Core apps
