Describe the bug
Tracing settings do not survive a restart of the systemd service.

To Reproduce
Enable tracing in the WebUI the restart the service.
Expected behavior
The settings defined in the WebUI should be the same after restarting the systemd service. I've searched here an environment variable that could take precedence over the WebUI settings and that could overwrite the value but I didn't find it
