Solve searchability problem for Clubs data

Clubs staff members (@jvallera, @KGorr) often need to search through Club data. Use cases include:

• Customer support. A CC says, "Can you change [some piece of info] about my Club?" @KGorr has to find that Club in the Admin interface; typically by doing a command+F and searching for the Club name or location on each page of the results list.
• Collecting aggregate data about Clubs. @jvallera might want to know, for example, how many people entered the word "teacher" in the CC occupation field.

Would love to hear ideas for possible solutions from @Pomax and @gideonthomas, as well as any add'l questions you might have for Julia and Kristina about the use cases.
