docs: record today's merged work and drop the duplicated #267 bullet - #349

Conversation
Fourteen pull requests merged today without a changelog entry, which is the same gap that made the changelog unusable as a record of what shipped during triage. Adds one entry per closed issue and removes the earlier #267 bullet that the later one strictly subsumes. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

Fourteen PRs merged today (#333–#345, #347) without a single CHANGELOG entry — the same gap that made the CHANGELOG unusable as a source of truth during triage, and which I made worse rather than better.
Adds one entry per closed issue, in the existing house style (behaviour change, why it matters, issue reference): #321, #323, #307, #320 + #332, #322, #280, #122, #218, #211–#215, #292, #285, #301, #324.
Also removes the earlier of the two #267 bullets, both introduced by
51e6a7b. The later one is a strict superset — it keeps everything the first says and adds the unattended-overseer observation and the abandonment-message narrowing.Part of #184's release-packaging work; the remaining items there (the
Unreleased→v0.0.4gap against tags running to v0.0.12, and the version convention) are decisions rather than edits.Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) noreply@anthropic.com
Greptile Summary
Records fourteen recently merged changes under Unreleased and removes a duplicated #267 entry whose content is fully preserved by the remaining expanded entry.
Confidence Score: 5/5
The documentation-only PR appears safe to merge with no actionable defects identified.
The retained #267 entry fully subsumes the removed duplicate, and the newly added entries introduce no established incorrect or contradictory release-note claims.
