When creating an instance from a project it gets stuck "creating"

Describe the bug

whenever i try to install a mod, (even tho i have instances already) it keeps trying to make me make new ones. when i try to create the new instance it will just sit at the "creating..." screen and then not do anything. even if i close out of the instance tab and try again, it still says "creating". i have shut off and on my computer, restarted it, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and i keep running into this problem.

Steps to reproduce

1. try to get mod
2. see the instance screen not showing your previous instances and making you make a new one
3. try to make a new one

Expected behavior

i expected the mod to install

i have installed one mod before i uninstalled the app, but thats the only one thats worked for me so far.

It means the mod you want to install doesn't have any version available for the instances you have. I have 1.21.8 and 1.21.10 instances, but if i try to install a mod that only has versions up to 1.21.7, my instances won't show up, because they are not supported.

Though I believe this could be handled better, like outright saying that no supported instance is available, or adding an "Install anyway" option as some mods say they only support a specific version but they work on others they don't explicitly support too.

Above explanation is correct; however, I was able to reproduce the bug when creating a new instance from that flow

Can reproduce by:

• creating a Fabric 1.21.10 instance
• go to https://modrinth.com/mod/ksyxis and click Install (this mod only has versions up to 1.21.8)
• create new instance and click Create
• gets stuck on Creating...
