When publishing the NPM reference servers via GitHub actions the publish step fails because the NPM token has expired. This is because GitHub/NPM made changes to token management:

I will arrange getting an updated token or setting up OIDC

    Fixed, at least for the next few months. Might be good to migrate to OIDC proper, but I don't have the perms to do that right now unfortunately.
