StreamableHTTP compatible issue?

Describe the bug
I create a streamable http server in Higress, i can connect the server from Cursor and Cherry Studio. But i can't connect from examples/clients/streamable_http.rs.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. create server in Higress
2. change the example uri

Expected behavior
It can be use normally like Cursor and Cherry Studio

The server side is in stateless mode, client side have not implemented it yet.
