Tracker: Web client issues for v2.10.0 #2569

Goal

Collect the open Web client issues scheduled for v2.10.0 in one place, so the client's share of the milestone can be read and worked as a unit.

Scope

Issues whose fix lands in clients/web (SPA or its backend). Cross-client: #2490 (redact URL query secrets in web and TUI error text) lives here.
