TUI has no UI for Tasks, resource subscriptions, or Roots #2432

The problem

The CLI's method-types handler already notes (clients/cli/src/handlers/method-types.ts:91) that subscribe/tasks/roots/logging-tail paths "are not exposed by mcp-inspector --cli today." The TUI has the same gap: ToolsTab/ResourcesTab/PromptsTab/SkillsTab.tsx cover the core primitives, but there's no TUI surface at all for resource subscriptions, Roots configuration, or Tasks (once that primitive lands). Anyone who wants a terminal-only workflow has to drop into the web client just for these.

Solution you have in mind (optional)

Add minimal TUI views for subscriptions (subscribe/unsubscribe + a live notification feed), Roots (list/add/remove), and Tasks once that primitive ships, following the existing per-primitive tab pattern.
