feat(projects): find folders with fuzzy path queries

Brings the fuzzy project-folder search from the upstream draft pingdotgg#11879 into marc/main, rebased onto upstream main at 8bc40b4, which includes the new orchestrator (pingdotgg#2829).

What it does

In New project → Local folder, folders are found with abbreviations and small typos across directory levels: wormak finds ~/Workspace/makespace, ~/workspcae/t3cdoe finds ~/Workspace/t3code. Results show their full paths, and Tab completes the highlighted or first result. Covers the web/desktop command palette picker and the mobile folder browser. Details, before/after screenshots and recordings are in pingdotgg#11879 upstream.

Rebase notes

• 2026-10-02, onto 8bc40b4: CommandPalette.tsx conflicted with upstream's new "new project" flow. Both are kept: browsing is still off while newProjectFlow is active, and the fuzzy browse keeps its base-directory argument. The keydown handler runs upstream's new-project Enter block before the Tab completion. 86/86 focused tests pass, and server, web, mobile, client-runtime and contracts typecheck clean. An independent review of the resolution found nothing.

• One conflict in apps/web/src/components/CommandPaletteContent.tsx: upstream refactor(web): ui components drop their secondary className props pingdotgg/t3code#13193/refactor(web): field controls stop restyling Input, Select, Combobox and Command pingdotgg/t3code#13206 dropped the className restyling on footer KbdGroups. The new "Tab · Complete path" hint now uses plain <KbdGroup> like its neighbours.

• All other files merged automatically. I reviewed the auto-merged CommandPalette.tsx and mobile AddProjectScreen.tsx against the upstream changes to those files (theme picker, PR/usage palette entries, Android Material layouts).

Validation (on the rebased commit)

• vp test run for WorkspaceEntries.test.ts, CommandPalette.logic.test.ts, filesystem.test.ts: 86/86 passed.
• tsc --noEmit clean in shared, contracts, client-runtime, server, web and mobile.
• vp lint on the changed files: no errors; four set-state-in-effect warnings, all in upstream lines (git blame), none from this commit. vp fmt --check clean.
• Not run in a real client after the rebase.

Model: Claude Opus 5.5 in Claude Code (via T3 Code).
