  1. A way to say "don't prompt ever on this procedure"
  2. A way to customise how to prompt a particular procedure
  3. Change how default values work- prompt for all? None?

    I think it would be cool to use zod4 schema metadata to allow procedure authors to define e.g. a function that "collects" any missing inputs interactively
