As shown in the figure, the officially released version remains at version 1.12.470.0, and the preview version remains at version 1.28.190-preview, but the NuGet packages are still at versions 1.12.440 and 1.28.110-preview.

We don't have a mechanism to mark NuGet packages as a "Release Candidate". We typically update the NuGet package when the client version goes GA.

For future releases, maybe we could create two NuGet packages, with the same contents and version, but add the -rc tag to one of them and publish that initially. That would be considered a preview by semver, and we could replace it with the other version on GA
