i have an issue #290268

i have installed copilot on my windows system and i am signed in to git hub yet copilot keeps throwing this error each time i ask a question Chat took too long to get ready. Please ensure you are signed in to GitHub and that the extension GitHub.copilot-chat is installed and enabled.
