`TypeScript: Select TypeScript Version...` shows incorrect info

TypeScript: Select TypeScript Version... show incorrect information if one has set "typescript.tsdk": "node_modules/typescript/lib".

Without having set typescript.tsdk:

With having set "typescript.tsdk": "node_modules/typescript/lib":

Notice how in the latter case it says it uses the VS Code version (and also shows a path to node_modules/) when in fact it is using the workspace's version.
