dav1d, x264, x265 fixes will be included in nasm 3.01

dav1d, x264, x265 fixes will be included in nasm 3.01

There still look to be failures. Do you believe those are problems with the new nasm or just that downstreams need to be patched?

I've re-based now with the latest from master so let's see what's broken still/fixed & take it from there.
