Description:
YAML and python script to post binary sizes to the dashboard database, from one of the CI pipelines. Currently only CPU pipeline is used. Can be added to the CUDA pipeline as well.

Motivation and Context

  • Why is this change required? What problem does it solve?
    Make the build binary sizes available to dashboard for monitoring any regression
  • If it fixes an open issue, please link to the issue here.

This example notebook demonstrates how to do the following tasks with
the Olive CLI:

- AWQ 
- Fine-tuning
- Auto Optimizer

The notebook shows how to consume the model with the Generate API, and
how to use the adapter to compare the results.
