Docs needed: docked database and cache REPLs (WithRepl) referenced in 13.6 what's new #1777

Description

The What's new in Aspire 13.6 page introduces docked database and cache REPLs (WithRepl() / withRepl()) for PostgreSQL, Redis, Valkey, MongoDB, MySQL, and SQL Server, but there is no dedicated docs page for the feature yet.

In the 13.6 what's-new source (src/frontend/src/content/docs/whats-new/aspire-13-6.mdx), the LearnMore link for this feature is currently disabled (commented out) with a TODO pointing at this issue. Once a canonical docs page exists, we should re-enable the LearnMore and link it from the "Docked database and cache REPLs" bullet in the Integration updates section.

/cc Mitch Denny (@mitchdenny) — could you point us at (or help create) the canonical docs page for docked REPLs so we can wire up the LearnMore?

Feature summary

  • Opt-in WithRepl() / withRepl() on database and cache resources.
  • Opens an interactive client for the resource in the dashboard terminal dock, using bundled clients and the resource's configured credentials.
  • Run-mode only; existing apps are unchanged unless the API is enabled.
