Problem

No conference presence means no organic visibility in the communities that matter most: security engineers, platform teams, and AI engineers.

Proposed Fix

Submit talks to:

1. OWASP AppSec — 'Implementing the OWASP Agentic Top 10 with Open Source'
2. KubeCon / CloudNativeCon — 'SRE for AI Agents: SLOs, Error Budgets, and Chaos Testing'
3. AI Engineer Summit — 'Governance Middleware for Production AI Agents'
4. Microsoft Build — 'Securing Agent-to-Agent Communication with AgentMesh'

Each talk should include live demo + link to repo.

Priority

P2 — do this quarter. Conference talks create lasting artifacts (recorded talks, slides, social posts).
