.NET: [Feature]: Native Support for Agent Framework Workflows and AG-UI

Description

Currently, the agent framework does not have native support for using workflows with AG-UI. Is there an estimated timeline for when workflow compatibility with AG-UI will be available?

At least in Python, we have a few gaps here/there related to turning a workflow into an agent - especially around emitting request info events for HITL. We should fix these.

At the same time, we also need to provide native workflow support for AG-UI.
