Convert project to use ES2015 modules and HTML module loader.

This would be a great example project to show how to use ES2016 modules rather than the browser require library. TypeScript and all major browsers now support ES2016 module loading, and this example is simple enough that it should not run into any complexities.

I would offer to do a PR myself, but I haven't been able to figure out how to make it actually work yet. 😢
