Add New Item (Template Studio)

Describe the bug

Adding a new page using the Template Studio option. When I try to add xaml into the page.xaml there's no intellisense

To Reproduce

1. Go to '...'
2. Click on '....'
3. Scroll down to '....'
4. See error
