Summary
When a deterministic evaluation clock is enabled, exporting
LD_PRELOADglobally also affects patch application and rebuild tools. Git-created source files receive real filesystem mtimes while the build can observe the snapshot clock, so a build system may retain stale artifacts and grade a pre-patch binary.This change keeps patch application and rebuild commands on real time, then scopes the already-provisioned
swe_bench_live_with_clockhelper to test execution and log collection only.Validation
