NGramFeaturizer2.py being skipped due to ArgumentOutOfRangeException #365

Describe the bug
Running NGramFeaturizer2.py produces the following error: RuntimeError: Error: *** System.ArgumentOutOfRangeException: 'dataFile is empty.

To Reproduce
Run examples/NGramFeaturizer2.py on local build.
