- Update build pool from VSEngSS-MicroBuild2022-1ES to VSEng-MicroBuildVSStable - Update .NET SDK from 9.x to 10.x in official pipeline - Add net10.0 target framework, drop net9.0 (STS, no longer needed) - Update PR workflow to install .NET 10 SDK instead of .NET 9 Co-authored-by: Copilot <223556219+Copilot@users.noreply.github.com>
