As per this discussion topic, the user wants custom images option instead of the current icons system. At this time, there is no file upload functionality in LibreKB.
Once I implement a file upload functionality in order to enable the attachments/downloads feature I would like to eventually implement, we can consider the ability to upload custom icons.
For now I think the current icon system is fine, but I may revisit this topic in the future. Or, if someone in the community finds this important, let's work on it together :)
