CONV-105 — Render PNG To JPG Settings

Replaces the Phase 7 settings placeholder with the real schema-driven form.

• Settings step now shows a heading + the dynamic options form (no dashed "will be added in Phase 8" box).
• PNG→JPG schema renders Quality (segmented), Resize (select), Background color (color), Remove metadata (toggle).
• No source/target conditionals in Blade — entirely schema-driven.

Tests

• PNG→JPG form renders all four fields and no longer shows the placeholder copy
