Registered Global with mnemonic re and no default key. Refresh re-reads from the root through RefreshKeepingExpansion, then reselects by path; a vanished selection moves to the neighbour of the first missing entry on its path, taken from the tree's listing before the refresh. Refresh explorer (
Ctrl+E, orCtrl+Spacethenre) re-reads every expanded folder, so files added or removed outside TuiCode show up without collapsing folders or restarting. Expanded folders stay expanded, the selection stays on the same file (or moves to its neighbour if that file is gone), and the tree only scrolls if it has to. It has no default key; one can be bound in Settings › Keyboard Shortcuts.Closes #332
