docs(editorconfig): update .editorconfig-checker.json comment for editorconfig-checker 4.x #635

Proposed fix

• Change the "3.x" wording to "4.x" in both places.
• Drop SpacesAfterTabs from the list of omitted defaults.

The file is sync-manifest-managed, so managed-files-guard rejects this edit in consumer repos. It has to land here.
