Summary

Opened by the work-resolve-issue lane. The run's own summary:

/user-interface:design's Claude Design gotcha now covers only the design-systems route. Web mockups follow the mockups-variants rows in routing.json: /prototype:explore-directions first, and the Artifact tool only when no higher row passes. /prototype:explore-directions gains a 'Find the app's design system' section. For an existing app it reuses what /user-interface:design found when that skill handed off, otherwise runs that skill's Steps 1 and 2 when it is installed, and otherwise reads the project's design files itself. Detection runs once and the two skills cannot call each other in a loop.
