docs(upstream): humanlayer-skills License paragraph says notice is reproduced below but it sits above #7019
In docs/upstream/humanlayer-skills.md, the rpi section's License paragraph (line 165-166) says the repository LICENSE is "the MIT notice reproduced below". The MIT notice is not below it: it sits earlier in the file, in the ## License notice section (lines 77-105), and nothing after line 166 reproduces it. Verified on main.
Thanks for the report. Confirmed: docs/upstream/humanlayer-skills.md line ~185-186 says the rpi LICENSE is "the MIT notice reproduced below," but the actual notice text lives earlier, under the "## License notice" heading (around lines 78-105). Nothing after the paragraph reproduces it, so the pointer is backwards/stale. The suggested fix (point at the section by name, e.g. "the MIT notice recorded under License notice") looks correct and is a small, self-contained wording fix. No duplicates found.
Owner batch-ratified this admission in an attended session on 2026-10-12: work-class: mechanical. Rule: class C1-C3, no trust surface, the independent check confirmed the recorded decision, and no owner step remains.
