docs-hygiene:audit-noise: pre-computed sample drops status: no-targets, contradicting the output-schema claim #4700

Description

@kyle-sexton

SKILL.md:34 filters detect.sh output to ^(Summary total:|Finding shape:), which removes the status: no-targets line. SKILL.md:184 says that line is present in the pre-computed context even with stderr discarded.

On a clean tree, the sample reads Summary total: files=0 T1=0 T2=0 T3=0, and an agent can take that as a clean audit instead of making the repo-wide offer.

Running detect.sh with no targets prints:

status: no-targets
Summary total: files=0 T1=0 T2=0 T3=0
Note: no markdown targets — pass file paths or edit some .md files

Fix

Add status: to the grep alternation on SKILL.md:34.

Context

Seen at docs-hygiene 0.23.1 during the .github hygiene sweep (melodic-software/.github#153, step audit-noise).
