While restoring and then slimming the Claude review lanes on 2026-09-24 (claude-code-plugins #4435, #4465), the implementing agent reported that docs/architecture/landscape.json, landscape.md and portfolio.md no longer match what the producer (landscape-record.sh) generates from main. The earlier #4210 also found this drift and regenerated the record inside an unrelated change.

Expected

The committed landscape record matches a fresh producer run, and drift is caught when it appears rather than swept into unrelated PRs.

Fix

• Regenerate with the producer and re-render with render-landscape.sh in a dedicated PR (ADR 0032: generated, never hand-edited).
• Decide whether a CI drift check belongs in ci.yml so drift fails near its cause.
