No related issue: drift sweep — reconciling this repo's enabledPlugins against the current melodic-software marketplace catalog.

Summary

The marketplace renamed the bug-report plugin to bugs upstream (melodic-software/claude-code-plugins#3232, plugin 0.8.0 → 0.9.0) as a deliberate hard rename with no aliasing or retirement shim. This repo's .claude/settings.json still enabled the old id, which no longer resolves against the catalog — so that entry pointed at a plugin the repo could neither install nor update, while bugs was never enabled at all.

The fleet was otherwise complete: all 70 catalog plugins were enabled, none stale, none explicitly disabled. This single id was the only drift.

Fix

Renames the enabledPlugins entry bug-report@melodic-software → bugs@melodic-software in .claude/settings.json. bugs sorts into the same slot the old id held (between biome-format and claude-config), so the change is one line and the alphabetical ordering is preserved.

Nothing else needed changing:

  • No other tracked file referenced the old name (.claude/, README.md, workflows, and the root dotfiles were all swept).
  • The upstream rename also moved the plugin's team config layer .claude/bug-report.md → .claude/bugs.md; this repo carries neither, so there is no config surface to rename.
  • .gitignore's existing .claude/*.local.* glob already covers the plugin's optional per-operator overlay under its new name.
  • README.md's "Agent config" section describes .claude/settings.json as declaring "the plugins enabled for this project" without enumerating them, so a plugin rename does not stale it.

Verification

  • /claude-ops:plugins sync run end to end against the melodic-software marketplace: catalog refresh succeeded, 51 project-scope and 52 user-scope plugin updates applied, bugs@melodic-software (0.9.0) installed at both scopes, the orphaned bug-report uninstalled.
  • bug-report@melodic-software was the sole failure in both update sweeps, confirming the rename is hard: × Failed to update plugin "bug-report@melodic-software": Plugin "bug-report" not found.
  • Post-sync fleet state is fully converged — missing_from_install, missing_from_user_install, missing_from_enabled, and user_scope_orphans are all empty; 0 actionable divergences (all 65 multi-scope records report versionsMatch: true); 0 stale project records.
  • Committed enabledPlugins re-diffed against .claude-plugin/marketplace.json: 70 catalog plugins, 70 enabled, 0 missing, 0 stale, 0 disabled.
  • python3 -m json.tool .claude/settings.json parses; file remains LF-terminated with a trailing newline and no other keys reordered.

Note on the diff shape: claude plugin install -s project writes the committed settings file itself and reordered its top-level keys while appending the new id out of alphabetical order. That write was reverted and the rename applied surgically instead, so the diff is the one intended line rather than the CLI's reformat.

No linked issue — this is an upstream-driven drift sweep with no tracking issue; the change originates from melodic-software/claude-code-plugins#3232 rather than from work planned in this repo.

Generated by Claude Code

The marketplace renamed the `bug-report` plugin to `bugs` upstream
(melodic-software/claude-code-plugins#3232, plugin 0.9.0) as a hard rename
with no aliasing, so the old id no longer resolves: `claude plugin update
bug-report@melodic-software` fails with `Plugin "bug-report" not found`,
leaving the entry enabling a plugin this repo can no longer install or
update.

Renames the `enabledPlugins` entry in place — `bugs` keeps the same
alphabetical slot the old id held. No other tracked file referenced the old
name, and the plugin ships no tracked team config layer here.
