Inspired by Steve Kopman's NppVerilog and reused the NppSkeleton by Diego Casoran.
The code is tested with x64 MinGW - x86_64-w64-mingw32-g++ (x86_64-posix-seh-rev1, Built by MinGW-Builds project) 16.1.0.
Includes the test application to debug the plugin. The original NppVerilog could not be compiled successfully with MinGW for some obscure reasons - several constructs (like static initialization of the string) caused the NPP refused the plugin.
