I'm not able to install on windows 10

Hi to all,
i got an issue while the installation of PySide-1.2.4 from requirements.txt.

i have Windows 10 on 64Bit and i have installed python 3.5

Code i wrote:

c:\python>pip install -r ./requirements/Windows/Python3.5.0_x64.txt
ERROR: PySide-1.2.4-cp35-cp35m-win_amd64.whl is not a supported wheel on this platform.

i tried to solve this issue in different way, from install PySide2 but doesn't work to update the setuptools, and i tried to use python 3.8 too.

can you please tell me how to solve this problem?

my apologies for the mistake, earlier I had provided a direct link of PySide for Python3.5 from https://www.lfd.uci.edu/~gohlke/pythonlibs/

But, it seems they are not allowing hot linking.
So, I just updated that link with a direct working link from archive.org

Now, you can try. It should work
