Summary

labs namespace is at the resource quota ceiling (2600m/3000m CPU limits, 1104Mi/1280Mi memory requests) — entirely consumed by labs-openclaw. Today's mctl_provision_database labs/kuptsi-app workflow wedged in Pending with pods is forbidden: exceeded quota: labs-quota.

Doubles the envelope so a second long-lived deployment (kuptsi-app with FastAPI + Temporal-worker side container) plus transient provision/build workflow pods fit comfortably.

Resource Before After
requests.cpu 500m 1500m
requests.memory 1280Mi 3Gi
limits.cpu 3 6
limits.memory 4Gi 7Gi
pods 10 15
services 10 15

Test plan

  • ArgoCD ApplicationSet applicationset-tenants reconciles → kubectl describe resourcequota labs-quota -n labs shows new ceilings.
  • Stuck workflow provision-database-93d00ff8 flips Pending → Running and creates the labs-kuptsi-app role/database in shared-pg.

labs-openclaw alone uses 2600m/3000m CPU limits and 1104Mi/1280Mi
memory requests, leaving no headroom for the upcoming kuptsi-app
service (FastAPI + Temporal worker side container) or transient
provision/build workflow pods. provision-database-93d00ff8 wedged
in `exceeded quota` for that reason.

Roughly doubles the envelope so a second long-lived deployment plus a
~1 CPU / 256Mi transient pod fit comfortably:

  requests.cpu 500m → 1500m
  requests.memory 1280Mi → 3Gi
  limits.cpu 3 → 6
  limits.memory 4Gi → 7Gi
  pods 10 → 15
  services 10 → 15
