mctlhq/mctl-api#341 was the last open item. Its live E2E ran on 2026-10-04 against mctl-api 4.62.0, and the evidence is on the issue:

• WorkItem wi_6c136ca9…, created through Telegram, was resumed through MCP;
• this produced a new execution we_aac2d8b1… and a new sealed snapshot cs_6b4f263f… chained to C1;
• C1 is byte-identical before and after;
• a duplicate request was replayed, and a second key was refused with execution_request_open.

The manifest change is one line, lifecycle: active → completed, as in #154–#156 and #160. Locally, every step of roadmap-validate.yml passes.

Follow-ups that do not block completion: mctlhq/mctl-agents#573 (the resumed snapshot does not record the surface transition) and mctlhq/mctl-api#457 (P3s).
