ComfyUI backend now requires PyTorch ≥ 2.7 with comfy-kitchen, instant crash on legacy hardware #1540

The failure occurs since torch.library.infer_schema only accepts PEP-585 annotations (which comfy-kitchen uses) on PyTorch ≥ 2.7

Suggest making comfy-kitchen an optional dependency, or at any rate, preventing installation for users with PyTorch < 2.7 (cards this old can't make use of comfy-kitchen anyway).
