Browser plotter for CellBlender simulations.

Usage:

• Clone CellBlender (git clone https://github.com/mcellteam/cellblender)
• Checkout the development branch (git checkout development)
• Grab the cellblender-plot submodule
  • git submodule init
  • git submodule update
• Look for "Browser Plotter" under "Plot Output Settings" in Blender
