Bumps the shared
DotnetPackagesVersionproperty inDirectory.Packages.propsfrom 10.0.5 to 10.0.9, so every centrally pinned package that references that property resolves to the newer .NET 10 patch line.That includes Microsoft.EntityFrameworkCore.Tools and Microsoft.EntityFrameworkCore.Relational, plus ASP.NET Core packages (auth, Identity EF, OpenAPI, testing hosts) and several Microsoft.Extensions.* packages tied to the same version variable.
