Added reference to SteamAndSE library.
- Blocks Implemented - Air Vent - Door - Lighting Block - In Progress - Text Surface - Can now add blocks to groups. - Sim Speed is modifiable. - Altered MockDoor to allow for future enhancement for realtime-ratios. - Implemented better functionality for MockCubeGrid.GridSizeEnum and IsStatic. - Test Script upgraded to MDK v1.2.14.
Added UI image.
- IMyDoor: OpenRatio and Status correctly emulated. - IMyLightingBlock: Possible to preview the current color. - Add Block dialog now shows blocks which implement `IMockupDataTemplateProvider`. - All blocks do this implicitly via `MockTerminalBlock`.
