I confirmed it worked fine. It is about 10% faster than 1.4.0. I am going to further modify LZ4Test for better coverage while avoiding implementation-dependent checks. |

This pr adds lz4 sources as git submodule from upstream git@github.com:lz4/lz4.git, updates the JNI method name & removes relative native instance tests since the native lz4 behaviour has changed.
