• bun run structure:check passed; bun run privacy:scan passed. Docs-only change — no code touched.
• Dev tip moved mid-flight (829a18ba9 → 6774f0f6f26c); the branch now merges dev at 6774f0f6f26c, 0 behind. Validations re-run on the merged head. CodeRabbit skipped review (bot author); both Devin Review flags were fixed in d28fbeb53 (upstream-only links pinned to 6774f0f6f26c, predecessor-chain caveat stated in 000_scope.md).
