Structured onboarding for new team member #96
Description
A new joiner at Locus needs to understand not just their role, but the product the domain, the architecture, the decisions that shaped it. Openship can be used to build a curated personalised onboarding curriculum: what the Locus platform does, how our logistics intelligence works, what problems we solve for our customers. Instead of dropping someone into a Notion wiki and hoping for the best, we can give them a day-by-day learning path through the product. It's a faster, more consistent way to bring people up to speed.
