Phantomjs issue on raspberrypi

Installing using the instructions (not using docker) on a raspberrypi 3 throws errors when installing phantomjs. It appears the project has been renamed and I've also read that it is no longer being developed in favour of the chrome puppeteer project.

Perhaps adding the components folder to the project would allow hosting without the need for something like the headless webkit?
