Context
The first real enrichment slice intentionally does not crawl, recommend leads, or discover similar people. It only enriches people explicitly mentioned in user-created signal entity links.
Spec: docs/superpowers/specs/2026-06-07-real-entity-enrichment-producers-design.md
Related PR: #854
Goal
Design broader discovery/lead-finding workflows that can suggest new people or businesses from posts, repo activity, interactions, followers, and similar-profile expansion.
Scope
- Define product boundaries between enrichment of known signal entities and proactive discovery.
- Decide data sources: X interactions/posts/followers, GitHub repo activity, org bindings, Exa/web, and future Gmail.
- Define ranking/evidence model for recommended leads.
- Define user confirmation/approval UX for lower-confidence recommendations.
- Define privacy, rate-limit, and provider-access constraints.
- Keep deterministic provenance so recommendations can explain why a lead surfaced.
Notes
This should not run as an accidental side effect of generic connector calls. It needs an explicit product/workflow trigger and separate controls.
