fix(tests): pair Windows job store route fixture - #8225
Exercise the Windows job-store busy response with an actual redeemed, in-memory dashboard pairing grant. The direct route fixture had no paired session after #8008, so the security guard correctly returned 403 before the test could reach its expected 503.
Preserve the guard: an authenticated ordinary session is explicitly refused, the paired request still checks the original busy response, retry header, durable status and CLI status, and both leave the ledger and lock unchanged without starting a worker. The entire case runs in an independently owned child home so a timed-out async operation cannot change another test's environment or lose its fixture to an enclosing sandbox cleanup.
Verification
Windows before: the exact case failed with 403 instead of 503. A Windows bisect first reproduced the failure at edd46b55549a9ab133c76cdade78d3e21b4fffaa (fix(security): require paired dashboard session for CLI updates #8008), with the target case passing at 6f915d865f and failing at 0a30c55130. A scratch-only unpaired/paired/unpaired context ablation produced fail/pass/fail; the paired run preserved all seven original assertions.
Windows after: the actual paired-session case passed. It also verifies the regular session's 403, real one-use grant redemption, unmodified ledger and lock contents, no worker, the original 503 and retry header, and later status and CLI output. The child executes its own assertions and reports failure by its process exit; parent assertions verify its receipt, cleanup lifecycle and temp-root boundaries.
A controlled child handshake exercises the actual per-test cleanup and outer-runner cleanup on a separate synthetic sandbox while the fixture remains held. A distinct marked sandbox and a junction alias into it are both rejected as temp candidates. Guard-identity and config-containment negative probes refused before fixture writes.
bun test tests/server/persistent-dashboard-consent.test.ts --test-name-pattern 'ordinary loopback GUI apply|redeemed local pairing session|paired CLI apply retains' — 3 pass, 22 assertions. bun run test:changed — 21 pass, 0 fail, 120 parent-process assertions; the child independently runs 26 assertions. bun run typecheck and bun run privacy:scan — pass.
Full local suite not run because this Windows host is shared by another lane; the focused security cases and changed tests ran locally, and broader coverage is left to CI. Linux/macOS local runs and hosted Windows proof have not yet run.

Summary by CodeRabbit
Tests
Expanded Windows job-store coverage for paired-session access, admission locking, and job status verification.
Added checks for isolated temporary directories, fixture ownership, cleanup behavior, and child-process use during cleanup.
Updated the HTTP apply/status test to validate fixture retention and completion before cleanup.
The Windows job-store tests add a paired-session fixture and replace a direct HTTP apply/status check with child-process fixture-lifecycle checks. The tests verify cleanup generations, fixture ownership, pairing responses, and queued job status.

Summary
Pairing fixture and job-store checks tests/helpers/windows-jobstore-pairing-case.ts
The fixture validates its owned root, sets up management authentication and GUI sessions, and checks apply responses with and without a paired session. It also verifies queued job status through the management route and CLI.
Cleanup now tracks generations and retains roots with active owners. The HTTP apply/status test uses a child process, checks that cleanup preserves its fixture, and removes the fixture only after verified completion.
lidge-jun/opencodex#7626: Adds the Windows job store and the busy-response test that this change updates.
lidge-jun/opencodex#7648: Updates the fixture-ancestry trust helper used by the new paired-session fixture.
