fix(gemini): bound type-array schema normalization and preserve pointers - #6369
Conversation
unevaluatedProperties and unevaluatedItems only see annotations produced inside their own subschema. Moving them into one allOf branch hid properties evaluated by the sibling anyOf, so valid Gemini tool arguments were rejected. Keep both keywords on the node itself.

Scoped correctness review at 7b22728: keeping constraints on the original node and appending only the type constraint retains the existing anyOf/allOf pointer positions, avoids recursive branch duplication, and keeps null-only enum/const contradictions valid but unsatisfiable. My isolated Bun 1.4.0 run of tests/providers/devin-chat-wire-fixes.test.ts --test-name-pattern '^Gemini tool schema type arrays' passed 17 tests / 61 assertions, 18 filtered, under CPUQuota=75%, MemoryMax=1536M with fresh homes. No new P0-P2 correctness finding in the reviewed schema transformation; exact-head CI 36842797911 is successful. This is not a new security scan or completion of the independent schema/resource-boundary review requested in the description, and no live Devin/Gemini acceptance is claimed. Approval/sponsorship remains separate from these focused results.

Summary
Gemini tool-schema normalization duplicated surrounding constraints while expanding nested type arrays, allowing the serialized schema to grow far beyond the input. Keep each node's constraints once and express the type alternatives without recursively copying the surrounding schema.
When the node already has
anyOf, preserve it at its original location and append only the new type constraint to the existingallOf. This retains JSON Pointer targets, existingallOfindices, resource identifiers, and the sibling annotations used byunevaluatedPropertiesandunevaluatedItems. Non-Gemini requests remain unchanged.Source history is preserved through commit
