Summary
The dispatched #7398 worktree arrived without node_modules, so the required first reproduction run could not load the test harness. This is a worktree preparation observation, not a demonstrated runtime defect. A frozen-lockfile install resolves the prerequisite; recording separately per the task's issue-ledger requirement.
