   설명

   이 이슈는 GET /api/keys 가 붙이는 usage.requests7d / totalRequests / lastUsedAt 을 ocx access key list 사람용 표가 id/name/prefix 만 찍어서 버린다는 기능 갭입니다. 대시보드 nav.api 는 이미 보여 줍니다. 최근에 쓰인 입학 키를 터미널에서 고르려는 요청입니다.

   current dev 에서 src/server/management/api-key-usage.ts 가 requests7d/totalRequests/lastUsedAt 롤업을 만들고, src/cli/access.ts list 는 id name prefix 문자열만 조립합니다. PATCH rename 도 GUI 전용이라는 점도 맞습니다. --json 이 DTO 를 그대로 보여 주면 데이터는 이미 있습니다.

   우선순위는 낮은 편인 CLI 표시 개선입니다. types.ts/config.ts 분할로 닫을 대상이 아닙니다. 미리보기 배포는 계획에 없습니다.

   src/cli/access.ts:29 - list human 출력이 id/name/prefix 만 사용합니다
   src/server/management/api-key-usage.ts:17 - usage 롤업 필드가 이미 정의되어 있습니다
   경로/심볼 - 대시보드 nav.api 는 같은 필드를 표시합니다
   경로/심볼 - rename PATCH 는 이 티켓 범위 밖이지만 관련 갭입니다
   경로/심볼 - --json 경로와 human 경로 패리티만 맞춰도 충분합니다

   메인테이너의 판단이 필요한 지점

   • 표에 lastUsedAt 과 7d/total 중 무엇을 기본으로 보여줄지 정해야 합니다
   • rename CLI 를 같은 PR 에 넣을지 정해야 합니다
   • 사용량 없는 키에 0 을 찍을지 - 로 둘지 정해야 합니다
